Our story

North Shore Management is a privately owned and operated company focused on renovating high-quality homes and leasing for affordable prices. We are proudly based in Florida, and serve residents in dozens of markets nationwide, with more coming soon.

We utilize a unique model to locate excellent properties and upgrade each home to the North Shore Management standard. We lease our homes and manage the properties long-term. Our goal is to provide the best leasing experience through customer care and service.

Our residents have access to an online portal where they can pay their bills, request maintenance, and renew their lease. We also offer convenient features like auto-pay to ensure our Residents never miss a payment. Our dedicated Resident Care Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist Residents in need of additional support. Proud to be pet friendly

At North Shore Management, we understand pets play a crucial role in your life. With safety top of mind, we enforce a few breed restrictions. The following furry friends are not permitted in North Shore Management homes: Dobermans, Rottweilers, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pitbull Terriers, and any dog that contains a mix of those breeds. All dogs and cats must be neutered or spayed by your scheduled move-in date. Pets are also limited to 4, subject to limitations set by a Homeowners Association. They incur a non-refundable fee and pet rent where applicable.

Small animals such as gerbils, hamsters, and guinea pigs are permitted except for ferrets, rabbits, and chinchillas. Learn more about our pet policy and restrictions.
