Main Street Renewal is proud to be pet friendly!
We accept most dogs, cats, birds, small caged animals and fish. Pets’ vaccinations must be current throughout the duration of your lease. We recommend that dogs and cats wear an identification collar tag with the owner’s name, address, and contact information.
Our breed restrictions
The following breeds are not permitted in the home or on the property whether full or mixed breeds:
- Doberman Pinschers
- Rottweilers
- American Staffordshire Terriers
- American Pitbull Terriers
- Any canines other than dogs and hybrids thereof

FAQs
There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per pet. Please see the specific property page(s) for more information.
Small animals such as gerbils, hamsters, and guinea pigs are allowed except for ferrets, rabbits, and chinchillas.
All dogs and cats must be neutered or spayed. The Resident will maintain a valid vaccination certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian or a state or local authority empowered to vaccinate animals (or a designated agent of such authority) stating that the animal has received all vaccines required by applicable state and local law. It must include the animal’s name, description, age, date, and type of vaccination. A copy of the vaccination certificate should be provided to the Landlord by the Resident upon execution of the Lease and, thereafter, annually.
